Brigade Fozzy one the cult german hardcore bands of the 80's. Started in 1983 in Westfalia/West Germany with a demo tape, their realize two self produced singles in 1984 and 1986 and in the same year the band split-up.Reformed in 1987 as RESIDENT MOCKERY and in 1989 recorded a 10 song studio-tape. Maximum Rock'n'Roll wrote: "Pretty good hardcore of all speeds, with some guitar a la Black Flag." The German zine ZAP was also full of praise: "Aggressive, loud and honest sounding hardcore with charming psycho-touch and good singer." The Brigade vanished again but reformed in 2003 for a re-union concert!
